In case you receive an error message, or that "item not found," please be calm as the tracking number will not work until the package has reached your country. Once your order reached the destination country, you can track it with the tracking number.
We are only responsible for your order until we have it. In other words, our job is to ship your order, and next, in your country, you have to keep track of the package all by yourself. We would not be held accountable if, by any means, the parcel doesn't reach your place, or in case it does, but you were not home to receive it. Besides, if you do not pick your order at your country's official post office in 15 days, they will send it back.
