We will giv you a tracking number and tracking link after your order is processed however you can track your order by visiting the postal service website of your country. You can also track your order by using the tracking number that is sent on your email after the order confirmation. In case you have not received your tracking number yet, be patient as it can take a while.

In case you receive an error message, or that "item not found," please be calm as the tracking number will not work until the package has reached your country. Once your order reached the destination country, you can track it with the tracking number.
We are only responsible for your order until we have it. In other words, our job is to ship your order, and next, in your country, you have to keep track of the package all by yourself. We would not be held accountable if, by any means, the parcel doesn't reach your place, or in case it does, but you were not home to receive it. Besides, if you do not pick your order at your country's official post office in 15 days, they will send it back. Therefore, we suggest you contact your local post office and share the tracking code with them.
It fully depends on your location. Since the size of the package is small, in most countries, there are no custom fees, but if you are asked to pay, it will be based on your country's importation laws, and we will not be responsible for any such payments.
